By accessing or using Context Ark ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Context Ark is an AI-powered documentation generation platform that helps developers create project documentation from structured inputs. The Service utilizes third-party AI models (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to generate content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating documents. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits.

5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)

If you provide your own API keys, you are responsible for any charges incurred with those providers. We encrypt keys at rest but cannot guarantee against all security breaches.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Generate content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract AI models
• Abuse the free tier or create multiple accounts

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
